New Coupon Policy at Hannaford!!

Hannaford has issued a new Hannaford Coupon Policy. In a way I like it because the previous one was way too vague and open to interpretation. When I read this I see nothing too surprising.
Basically it is:
1 coupon per item (no stacking!)
Coupons must be presented before the start of your transaction.
No separating transactions to circumvent coupon policies.
In a transaction containing a BOGO (buy one get one) coupon, a second coupon can not be use towards either product.
